Beautifully Situated by a Scenic Forest Lake

This simple cabin has a wonderful location next to a small forest lake, with its own jetty and rowboat.

The cabin is basic but cozy, with 2 rooms and 6 beds (bunk beds) plus 1 extra bed and a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is equipped with simple cookware and tableware. There is a gas stove, a gas refrigerator, and two heaters – one gas-powered and one wood-burning.

A gas alarm is installed, and the cabin is equipped with a smoke detector and fire extinguisher.

There is 12-volt lighting powered by solar panels, and you can charge your phone or tablet via USB. Please bring your own charging cable.

This cabin has an outdoor toilet (privy).

You drive to the cabin by car, then it's about 50 meters from the parking area to the bridge, which has 7–8 steps.

• Please bring your own bed linens, duvet, and pillow.
• Drinking water can be collected from a cold spring near the Skälån stream, about 500 meters west, marked with white tape along the road.
• Pets are allowed in the cabin.
• Firewood is available on site.

You will receive a code for the key box, located on the porch, in your order confirmation sent by email.

The cabin is available for booking from May 8 to October 31. It is closed from November 1 to May 7.
